Can't download itunes 64 bits, download keeps looping

Can't download itunes 64 bits from Apple itunes download website.

https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

Using Chrome browser: It seems like when it downloaded close 100%, it stopped for a few seconds and restarted downloading all over again, and it keeps looping and restarting the download forever.

When I tried using different browser: got a "failed, system busy" error, and it's been weeks that I can't be able to download itunes 64 bits version for windows.

Can someone from Apple checking the hosted servers to see what is going on? I asked some other people to see if they can download, and we all run into the looping problem.

Yes, however that is not the version you want. Try this one instead which is current at the time of posting:

iTunes 12.9.4.102 for Windows (64-bit) - iTunes64Setup.exe (2019-03-25)

I also downloaded fresh copies from both my link and https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ to check that they download and I've not missed a new release.

Reboot your router and your computer. Clear your browser's cache. See also Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates - Apple Community and use the direct links at the bottom of the page.

Not working. I tried multiple browsers, and asked friends to download. They all have the same issue. Download is looping when it hits close to 100%. Are you able to download iTunes64Setup.exe for Windows successfully?
