I have an iMac (2015) running macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 it keeps crashing my DAW and Midi controller so it was suggested to download macOS Mojave but i keep getting This copy of the Install macOS Mojave application is damaged, and can‘t be used to install macOS.
First, I don't know if installing Mojave will fix your problem. However, delete any copy of "Install macOS Mojave" from the Applications folder if any exists, then try downloading Mojave again while in Safe Mode.

Deleting the copy of “Install macOS Mojave” and starting in Safe Mode finally allowed me to download Mojave, now we’ll see how it communicates with my music DAW. Thanks for the suggestion!!
