May I know how to:
Remove hard drive from this iMac model?
Type of the built-in hard drive? 2.5” SATA hard drive, or, 3.5” SATA hard drive, or, Optical Drive?
Copy contents from it to my external which connected to another iMac?
Tools I need for the entire process?
• Torx T10 Screwdriver - correct tool?
• Maiwo 2.5" SATA HDD & SSD USB3.0 Enclosure - correct tool?
Is there any other tools I will need?

The Late 2009 21.5” iMac has a 3.5” Hard Drive and you will need a 3.5” external drive enclosure.

Also note, that optionally you can use a USB hard drive dock or USB to SATA adapter.
Yes, just make sure that it is compatible with 3.5” SATA drives.
Ohh, cz my old iMac's display are failed after ran PRAM and other tests.
So I'm planning to take the old iMac to recycling centre and take out its hard drive, copy its contents to another iMac and wipe it off completely (data).

May I know, after I take it out, connect it to an iMac, copy all contents and finally, delete all data completely via disk utility, can I do so as well on the another iMac?
Yes, after you copy the content to another drive then you can erase the hard drive and use it as an external drive..
