iPhone XS has frozen mid update. can't do anything.

How do I get this going again. iTunes doesn't recognise the phone and the screen is frozen.

iMac 27", macOS 10.14

Restart the device. That's it.
Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Follow the Apple article to resolve the issue --> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen ...

Forced restart doesn't work nothing works on the phone at all.
