Bluetooth on Apple watch

Why does it take forever Apple Watch series 5 to search Bluetooth devices. I a still at it after 2 hours

Connecting other Bluetooth devices to Apple Watch I have a Apple Watch series 6 that is connected to my Apple iPhone but I am unable to connect any other Bluetooth devices. On my phone it continually shows “searching” but not discovering any devices. How do I discover other Bluetooth devices such as my Bluetooth headphones?

also make sure the bluetooth device you attempt to pair with is in pairing / discovery mode

Shouldn't take that long,try restarting the phone and watch.
