I installed the latest iOS update today 14.4.1 on my iPhone 8 Plus and now the WiFi option is greyed out and the Bluetooth just hangs without finding anything to connect to, I have restored network settings and all settings am still have the issue can anyone assist with fixing this?
Is Aeroplane Mode enabled? Head to Settings and ensure that the Aeroplane Mode switch is in the off (left) position.
Same thing happened to my iPhone Xr! I have no Wifi or Bluetooth after the latest update (13.4.1) I was told to send my phone away to a state that has an Apple store open. Apple needs to make this right!!!!
Yes it is switched off, Apple are saying I need the phone to be sent away for further inspection which I think is crazy as it’s only due to installing the latest iOS that this has happened
