All keys are not lighting up on my macbook pro

Hi All,

Some times all keys light up on my macbook pro 2018 version and some times only few keys randomly lights up, could someone help me what might be the problem.

My Macbook pro 2014 version never has any problem, now i regret for choosing macbook pro 2018 version.

disconnect all external devices and rreset the smc

repeat 3x

follow the directions in the article to reset PRAM

repat 3x

boot into safe mode

then reboot normally


with devices still disconnected do the lights behave?
