Notifications at night!
I am not getting any notifications after 11PM from Asphalt 9. The notifications is allowed to this app and I receive it at day time and after 11PM, no notifications are sent.

You need to check for that particular app you identified in your original post. That is what I meant about restrictions. That app may be restricted for use after 11pm. Unless there is some type of setting within that app itself.
