How can I take the texts from many emails I have received in Mail and put them all in one Word file so I see all the texts without separation?

An AppleScript, here's a good start on it...

Or even easier...
Select the messages you want to save, go to File > Save As..., and choose either a text or RTF file format.
This will save basic headers along with the emails, which I find useful for following an email thread. They could be easily removed with a script or command-line tool, however.
