Front LED blinking in iPhone 11

I saw in many other iphone with top notch where the light blinks near camera and I could saw with my naked eye but in my iPhone 11, that doesn’t happen, even at the time of notifications or face lock.

please suggest.

There is no LED on the front of any iPhone.

There is a proximity sensor, camera and on phones with FaceID an IR emitter.

Normal human vision shouldn't be able to see anything.

I don't know of any LED that is supposed to blink, there is a proximity sensor there that locks the screen when you bring the phone to your face.
