How do I contact apple if my phone is broken? I live three hours from the nearest Apple store and everything I can find says to call them. So... I need to contact them because my phone won't turn on but I CAN'T CALL BECAUSE MY PHONE WON'T TURN ON!

Assuming you don't know anybody else that would let you use their phone you can contact Apple on Twitter.
