Broken Iphone 11

Hello,  My iphone 11, is broke,  my phone doesn't turn on anymore, and is still under warranty, so I would like to know if I can get another one?

iPhone 13 stopped turning on So basically a couple days ago my iphone 13 stopped turning on but I can still feel vibrations and notifications. I've tried everything to try and turn it on but nothing works. I want to see if this phone can be replaced but i have small crack on the bottom left of my screen. The crack has been there for a while and I never thought anything of it but now that my phone isn't turning on I don't know if i can replace it because it has slight accidental damage. the crack is at the bottom left of the screen and is no more then 3 centimeters.
