Hi,


My iPhone X is broken, and won't turn on.

I do need to get the info from it and transit to another new phone, I wonder if there's any better way to get it replaced with you guys? or should I just purchase a new phone>?

If it won’t turn on there is no way to back it up now. So I hope you were using automatic iCloud backups or had made a recent iTunes backup.
