Replacing iPhone 6s that Won't Turn On

Due to there not being anything wrong with the phone on the outside, can I get my phone replaced for free? Even though I bought it off of a friend and don't have a warranty?

No, you can’t get it replace for free if it doesn’t have a warranty.
