Apple Pay Dispute Scam

Hello,

I believe I got scammed last night by sending a huge amount of money on Apple Pay to someone. I transferred the money from my bank (Bank of America) to Apple Pay then to the person. After I paid someone for the item, they said they will get back to me soon. In the morning, I found out that they blocked me on iMessage/Phone and I have no way of connecting back with them. I can't ask for them to return the money since they blocked me. Please help. I have no idea what to do at this point. Should I turn to Bank of America or Apple?
