how can i upgrade from this OS X 10.9.5 (13F1911)

I have a 2012 mac mini currently running os x 10.9.5. I am trying to update any of the following updates

macOS Catalina 10.15 (Updated to the latest version)

macOS Mojave 10.14 (Updated to the latest version)

macOS High Sierra 10.13 (Updated to the latest version)

I tried downloading el capitan installed it but nothing changes

when i open up the sierra update it says This update requires OS X version 10.12.

Ive been trying for days to resolve this so i can run rekordbox 6 please help TIA
