auto screen 'tips'/ button descriptions

Good Day Community :)

iPhone X...

setting up when i noticed auto screen tips appear above each 'clickable' option on any screen.

it appears after a second of inactivity and disappears whilst screen is being touched.

Where do I turn the feature off, please? Driving me nuts.
