How do I get the Magic Mouse 2 to pair with the IPad Pro 13

Is your iPad Pro, running Ipad iOS 13.4.1? If not it needs to be.

You just turn your mouse on and go to bluetooth on the iPad and it should show up

Connect a Bluetooth mouse or trackpad to your iPad – Apple Support

Have a read of that as well, it's Apples guide on how to do it
