BootLoop

I'm stuck in the bootLoop. I've done a forced reset(vlomeup, down, and power). That didn't help. I would love to keep my data. I do not have a pc, only a chromebook. I don't even know if I have an itunes........ IPhone Xr. Thx

Given your circumstances, I recommend that you contact ➔ Apple Support for next steps.

Just FYI - In case you want to try the below again.

Force Restart the phone:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF)
