My MacBook Pro won’t boot up? How can I fix it?

I was having problems with my iPhone 11 keyboard. When I called apple tech support had me connect the phone to the computer and go to iTunes. That wasn’t working so she had me do a hard restart of the MacBook with the phone connected. Now the MacBook is locked and won’t boot up. How do I fix this?

Is the phone disconnected?

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?

Yes it’s still doesn’t boot. The apple support person had me go to iTunes. I think my Mac is still looking for the phone even though it’s no longer connected.
