Front facing camera only works on camera app

Started after my phone updated to 13.4.1. Woke up the morning after it auto updated, and my snapchat would crash and return to the homescreen every time. Reinstalled the app, and it worked fine, but the moment I switched to my front facing camera the problem started again. On every app I have that uses the camera, the front one wouldn't work, but each app didn't work in a different way.

• Instagram just went black, could switch back and forth between cameras with no issue
• TikTok rotated the image to landscape mode (just the image, not my actual phone orientation), and wouldn't go back to normal until I rebooted the app.

The front facing camera works perfectly fine with no issues on Apple's Camera app
