Logic Pro X 10.5 Download All Available Sounds

Downloaded new version 10.5.0 today to upgrade 10.4.8. Installed, then opened blank project and chose menu: Logic Pro X / Sound Library / Download All Available Sounds. About 1 GB of new sounds downloaded, then installed. Then went back to the same menu and "Download All Available Sounds" was not grayed out. So, I chose it again and now it downloaded 324.1 MB and it installed completely. But same thing happens over and over. And all the packages in the Sound Library Manager show as "Installed" status.

Tried closing Logic, restarting computer, open Logic, same thing. Then tried reinstalling the Sound Library (61.54 GB) and after installation complete, same thing. "Download All Available Sounds" is never grayed out and always downloads exactly 324.1 MB of sounds and installs. New bug? Anyone else?
