Perform the Following:

Go Here: If you can’t Reach the Update Server or can’t Verify the Update
Scroll to: If you can’t reach the update server or can’t verify the update
Proceed from there as necessary.

but, FWIW...

It's Time to Upgrade:

Your device is obsolete (IOW: its old and outdated) - consider upgrading to a newer device.
