IPAD not connecting to wifi after downloading the latest update 13.4.1

Last night the latest update 13.4.1 was dowloaded on my ipad. after that this morning my ipad is not able to access the wifi. Infact the wifi shows as accessed but does not allow me to surf. also the symbol for wifi right top corner of the ipad is missing. I tried to reset the system settings etc & then when i relogin the wifi sign appears/flickers and then disappears again
