Subscription

Hello


my sister is 12 y old and she made a subscription for Super Protect VPN. Unfortunately she can’t cancel it. I was trying to cancel subscription but I didn’t found this option in her Apple ID even in App Store.

please help us to cancel this subscription because it cost 10.99€ per week what is very expensive for her.

Apple usually considers all purchases to be final. But, if you have a problem with an a subscription or a purchase, see Subscriptions and Purchases https://support.apple.com/en-euro/billing. If you think you may be able to get a refund, then use the request a refund link. It will take you to Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple https://support.apple.com/en-euro/HT204084
