Very loud and hard clicking when scrolling

So i recently got my iphone 8 plus, and you know how there is the menu where you scroll to chose something for example your time zone and you scroll trough the menu to find your city/timezone/whatever i hope you get the point. When scrolling trough those menus there usually is the clicking sound right and a vibration, the problem is that I think the clicking is really hard and too loud, and I feel like thats damaging my phone, is there a way to remove or make the clicking quietter?
