Could not sign in error

I recently updated my iPad Air 2 to 13.4.1, after which I could not sign in in apps store , FaceTime,iMessage. I tried all the methods available in the internet but nothing seems to be working. So I tried to update apps through iTunes which was an option before the update. Now Apple removed that option too. So is it all planned to make people with older iPads to buy a new iPads? Or there is some solution?

You could try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset all Settings. That will return ALL of your settings to out of the box condition which means that you have to enter all of your settings again and that includes passwords to WiFi networks. It doesn’t cause any loss of data.

I updated my iPad Air 2 to 13.4.1 yesterday and I’m having no problems with anything or than it does run a little bit slower now. That started with iOS 13, though. It was not new to iOS 13.4.1. I can update apps, download apps, I’m signed into FaceTime and iMessage.

Why did you sign out of those services or how did you get signed out? What happens when you try to sign in again?

Done that. It made me enter the wifi password again and it took few attempts to connect to wifi even though I enter the correct password. After connecting I went straight in the AppStore but still could not sign in. I have searched about this problem, few other old iPads and iPhone have the similar problem. They are saying that the issues were present before but the New update caused it to metastasize to other apps.
