iphone won’t turn on

i have a brand new iphone 11 max. i charged it when it was on 20% and now it will not turn on. i have an apple charger and i plugged it to to a normal outlet. i need it for work right now.

Try to force restart your iPhone or if that doesn't do anything try to put your phone in DFU mode or check apple.
