iMessages and iCloud
If I go into settings and delete iMessage data that is on iCloud will it delete the messages that are on my iMessage app?

If you are syncing messages with iCloud in Settings>Your Name>iCloud>Apps using iCloud>Messages and you have that turned on, yes you will also delete the messages on your device if you delete them and they will be deleted everywhere including in iCloud.
