phone is saying no storage and snap is acting up and other apps

My phone is saying all my pictures are taking up the storage but i have already deleted pictures but it still says no storage... My snapchat isn’t letting me open snaps because of it and other apps keep glitching out

Storage messing up my phone My phone says storage is full so I purchased 200 more GB and yet it’s still tweaking. I can’t be on an app longer than 2 minutes without it exiting and when I try to email a photo it doesn’t let me access my photos. I can’t play my videos and apps that use the camera app don’t even allow me to open it . What can I do? I have already reset everything and it’s still not working. It doesn’t let me update if there even is one when I go to certain apps it just exits. I cannot send voice messages either.
