Storage messing up my phone

My phone says storage is full so I purchased 200 more GB and yet it’s still tweaking. I can’t be on an app longer than 2 minutes without it exiting and when I try to email a photo it doesn’t let me access my photos. I can’t play my videos and apps that use the camera app don’t even allow me to open it . What can I do? I have already reset everything and it’s still not working. It doesn’t let me update if there even is one when I go to certain apps it just exits. I cannot send voice messages either.
