iPhone 11 pro stuck on apple logo screen

If that does not help your iPhone might need service:

earlier today I turned my phone off and immediately turned it back on but it has been stuck on the apple logo screen all day. I googled it and tried restarting it with the volume up, volume down, lock button technique several times but nothing happened. I also tried plugging it in to my Mac but its not even appearing in the finder so not sure what else to do. the apple logo occasionally disappears but if you push a button it just comes back again.
