"adamid not found" error for tracks from one particular album

Hi, I've recently switched to Apple Music and although it's fine on my iPhone, from my Windows PC when I use the web version with any browser (Chrome / Edge etc.) I get an error when playing songs from one album in particular. The error is adamId: <some id> not found.

For example "adamId: 147680329 not found" when trying to play this track.

It's bizarre as the track is obviously there as it plays fine through the Apple Music app on my iPhone and through iTunes on my windows PC. All other albums seems fine though.

It's actually my own music which I released last year so it's frustrating if nobody can listen to it through a Windows browser.

Can anybody help?
