From my research online I gathered the model number should start with a letter (M, F, N ec). Mine starts with a number (3). I can't find why online, anyone know why?

Possibly they changed their numbering system.
Apple support could give you a better answer.
That crossed my mind but it connected to older iphone to transfer data and logged into my apple account, I doubt fake would be able to log in?
