The model numbers for iPhones can vary depending on the region and carrier they were intended for. The "M" model numbers are typically used for iPhones sold in the United States. In the case of your iPhone 11 Pro Max, it's possible that the "3F9" model number corresponds to a refurbished phone and it's best to check with the manufacturer or the retailer where you purchased the device to get more information about the specific model number and its features. Endeavour to purchase your apple products from the Apple store, Apple Retail stores and Authorized resellers and wireless network providers.
