USB header on Mac Pro 4,1 / 5,1

I'm installing a Fenvi PCIe Wi-Fi ac card on my Mac Pro 5,1 (flashed 4,1). It's based on the Broadcom BCM94360CD so is natively supported in MacOS X. However, if I want Bluetooth 5.0 (which I do for Airdrop and HandOff) i need to attach a cable from the card to a USB header socket (see diagram, which is for a PC installation). Is there a corresponding USB header anywhere on the Mac Pro motherboard?

TIA,

Tim

Actually there is a USB header on the logic board on a Mac 4.1/5.1. It is used by the built-in Bluetooth*(2.0 EDR) adapter which you will no longer use. BTW, is Bluetooth 4.0, not 5.0 but all reports are that AirDrop and Handofff works well with the Broadcom BCM94360CD. I found this very thorough guide on replacing the built-in WiFi/Bluetooth with Broadcom BCM94360CD. You only need to route the Bluetooth data (+/-) to the header.
