Apple Watch series 3 screen complications

Im having complications with my apple watch series 3. It’s just a little over a year old. The screen keeps flickering on and off when i try to look at it or use it. I can hardly click on an app or access anything on my watch. Its current on its updates and Ive tried letting it die. One time I was able to actually reboot (had trouble since you have to slide your finger to power down and it wouldn’t let me. Still didn’t help. I’m over it and would love to get my watch back to normal.
