Stop seeing someone else’s location

My ex shared his location with me indefinitely in messages. I'd like to turn it off so that I can’t see where he is. It’s too tempting. Is there anyway to do this from my phone without having to ask him?

Try this:

Open Find My. Choose the “People” tab at the bottom.
Swipe his name from right to left.
Tap the resulting trash can.
