What does it mean when I get a notification saying I have 2 Apple ids!

So I downloaded a text now app and got a notice that my Apple ID was some mirage of numbers and letter @privaterelay.appleid.com! I have a stocker ex boyfriend and I’m hoping he did not have access to my phone and download spy software which he has done before . Anyone know anything about this?

You might want to consider changing your password and making sure it is a strong one. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
