hacked iphone

Hacker fraudulently using my identity and hijacks every account or phone I own. Has control over mine. On my 20th phone. Have iPhone 7. Need help disconnecting his devices or spyware apps without WiFi or computer access. Sadly just have the I7

thx for responding. No luck. Been trying that for a year as well as changing ids & passwords. **** I even put this phone in someone’s name. DOB, etc..Google said he had to have physical access to a phone to install that type of studs. Whip I did trace one of my list phones thru hangout & yea it showed his address & even map coordinates Pycho cyber stalker won’t leave me or my info alone! Anyway thx tho
