For all its power, for many applications, iPad (even a Pro) is still no match for a full featured desktop or laptop computer.
As mentioned in my initial reply, despite not having a full featured App for iPad, you can still remotely control the Mac from the iPad using the dedicated App that they have released.

Likely not - until such time as the developer of this third-party product produce a version for iPadOS.
However, it is my understanding that an App is available from this developer that is intended to remotely control a Logic Pro X instance that is running on a Mac Computer.
More to the point answer.
Apple Logic X Pro is NOT available to iOS devices.
This is a Mac ONLY application.
