Pairing watch stuck on connecting this may take a moment

Guys PLEASE im getting really ****** of this whole update thing ... so after my iphone 11 update to the latest software version my iwatch unpair itself and from 19:20 pm yesterday till now i can’t pair my watch tried to make update on the watch software got stuck after tried to restore the backup of my watch got stuck on this : Connecting your Apple Watch. This may take a moment. So this moment is like 3 hours and nothing ive restarted the watch the phone the wi fi nothing . What is wrong with your system guys !???
