is it possible to use New Logic pro with the new ipad pro only, (only installing it on the ipad not together with another computer)

is it possible to use New Logic pro with the new ipad pro 2020 4th gen - uniting it on the iPad only, (only installing it on the ipad not together with another computer)

The idea is that i will use the iPad instead of the computer for my music production.

and will my old projects be able to run the same on an app VS computer app. is it the same?
