Hello Mehraj Ali,

I understand that you want to have a 4 digit code on your iPhone but cannot find it in Passcode Options. This may be due to some security measures set by an app or service on your iPhone. An example might be a work email address that requires a 6 digit passcode or stronger.

Use a passcode with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Some key points from this support article:

If an alert says to change your passcode or you can't adjust your passcode settings
Configuration profiles and email accounts based on Microsoft Exchange (common with business or education devices) sometimes have passcode policies that cause issues like this:
You can't turn off your passcode.
You can't change passcode settings because they're unavailable, gray, or dimmed.
You see an alert about a Passcode Requirement. For example, you might see a message that says you must change your iPhone unlock passcode within 60 minutes.

You can check for configuration profiles in Settings > General > Profiles. If you see any profiles here, you may be able to make some changes. If these are managed by a system administrator, you may not be able to make any changes.

I hope this helps!
