Numbers, (My Stocks)

On the Portfolio section under “Price” this format rounds up, even though it can be set at three decimal places. My stock value has three decimal places, therefore my gross total is incorrect.

The 30 day history under price is o.k. As this can be changed, and does not round up.

Yahoo! finance data not reflecting on Numbers Hi. I used the formula for Numbers to capture stock data from Yahoo! finance. Lately, the Numbers only capture data up till 12 April 2021 for Singapore Stocks. Wonder anyone here is able to advise what is going on and is there a workaround? I did my checks on Yahoo! finance prior to typing my question here. All the symbols that I used are the same on Yahoo! Finance and my Numbers sheet.

The prices are per close of trading each day. They are not "cumulative."

In any case, I'd treat the numbers as useful approximations.

If you need something more precise, perhaps for trading or "exact" portfolio valuation, then use one of the many tools available for that purpose, whether or not this particular problem is solved.

Precision work on a one off in not a problem but if the figures are accumulative your shares are going to be over priced at the end of the month.
