Can't partition free space after failed bootcamp installtion

So I want to install Windows on my MacBook Pro 2017

I tried doing it by Bootcamp but it failed for whatever reason.

Now the situation looks like this:

I have my Macintosh HD partition and an Untitled partition. When I try to paritition the Untitled partition I see this:

There is obviously 8GB of free space between the Untitled partition and my Mac partition. When I try to remove it by clicking "-" it won't work:

"Operation failed ...

Running operation 1 of 1: Remove "--" ...

An internal error has occurred and the disk for one of the specified operations could not be found."

diskutil list gives me the following infos:

But these are also different sometimes. When I have tried to erase the Untitled partition for example. Also, before I tried partitioning it again, there was no /dev/disk3 disk_image, only the disk1 and disk2 for whatever reason.

Can somebody help me?

These are my specs

In disk utility, I can now see that there is the Macintosh HD as APFS volume and an Untitled volume "PCI-Express Internal Physical Volume • Mac OS Extended (Journaled)"

Okay, now we have this:

diskutil list

/dev/disk0 (internal):

  #:            TYPE NAME          SIZE    IDENTIFIER

  0:   GUID_partition_scheme             1.0 TB   disk0

  1:            EFI EFI           314.6 MB  disk0s1

  2:         Apple_APFS Container disk1     542.0 GB  disk0s2

  3:         Apple_HFS Untitled        450.1 GB  disk0s3

  4:         Apple_Boot Boot OS X        134.2 MB  disk0s4

/dev/disk1 (synthesized):

  #:            TYPE NAME          SIZE    IDENTIFIER

  0:   APFS Container Scheme -           +542.0 GB  disk1

                 Physical Store disk0s2

1:        APFS Volume Macintosh HD      406.9 GB  disk1s1

  2:        APFS Volume Preboot         24.1 MB  disk1s2

  3:        APFS Volume Recovery        515.0 MB  disk1s3

  4:        APFS Volume VM           1.1 GB   disk1s4
