Unable to process order for replacement airpod (left)

I tried this three times the other day and twice today. Each time I receive the same messsage: "Oops something went wrong...". I'm using Windows w/a Chrome Browser.

Apple: perhaps a browser compatibility check before folks bang their heads and fingers too much? Well, folks who want or have to use Chrome like me.

... as well as, Microsoft and Google, I suspect. In all my years, I've never come across 100% compatibility between different HW/SW providers ... and I started with a VAX 780 as my first "personal" computer.

No, we are just fellow Apple product users. No special insight. However, you can always use this link in the future to see if there are any issues with Apple services: Apple - Support - System Status


I suspect the Apple site as all other web sites and capabilities work for all types of request types and transactions.

In theory, that should be true, but in practice not always the case.
