airpod playing in one ear

Hello

my airpod is 2 years old. most of the time i am using it with my computer to watch movies. but nowadays when i am connecting it with my iPhone to talk someone, within few min the left (sometime right one also) airpod is disconnecting and then if i put it in the case for few sec and connect again it is working fine for few min again at the same there is no problem when i am listening music or watching videos on my iPhone or computer. i reset the airpod few times but no luck.

anybond can help me to fix the issue please ?
