Edit workout time logged in Activities
Is there a way to edit Exercise logged by Apple watch to shorten the time period if you forget to end your exercise on time?
I regularly start an Exercise time and forget to end it when I finish my workout. I'll notice a few hours later that the timer is still running. When I end the timer the exercise is logged and the time spent exercising is much longer than it should be. It also affects average heart rate over the time period.
Can I edit the workout time period to manually set an end time? I typically know roughly how long the workout was, and could at least get a closer/more accurate end time set.
I can't find a way to do this on the Activity app on the Apple Watch, or in Activity or Health apps in iOS. You can remove health data in the Health app but I'm afraid this will just delete the entire exercise/workout period.
