AirPods are connected but no sound plays, resetting them does not work

My AirPods stopped working in one ear so I reset and then both of them stopped working. I've restarted my phone, macbook, and reset the charging case and clicked forget device so many times but nothing is working. I've only had them two months and haven't damaged them in any way?? Not sure what to do since every fix is to reset them which doesn't work for me.

Hello,

Start by cleaning them:
